Our Hays Sydney office is seeking a full-time permanent Compliance Officer. This role commences immediately. You will be responsible for providing commercial finance support and customer service to our internal stakeholders. This role reports into our Commercial Finance Manager
Your new role
- Resolving items on a non-compliance report
- Using excel spreadsheets and rate calculators
- Communicating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Responsible for the maintenance of internal on costs for preferred supplier agreements (PSA) temporary workers
- Interpret contracts (PSAs) to determine the temporary and permanent rate calculations required
- Create and update rate calculators
- Maintain on-costs in relation to contracts including Workers Compensation, Payroll Tax, Superannuation and Rebates
- Ad hoc reporting where required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous compliance experience will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and handling a high volume of enquiries
- Be proactive and look to resolve queries in a timely manner
- High attention to detail and accuracy
