The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available to manage our Fashion Concession Store located within Myer Sydney city. Reporting to the NSW Area Manager, you will:

• Provide excellent service and styling assistance to our customers.
• Excel in your role as a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador displaying a strong affinity with the Pilgrim brand and its product
• Optimize store performance by delivering strong sales results and managing staff rosters
• Lead by example, train & develop staff to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that delivers results
• Enjoy delivering a high standard of personal, staff, store, and stock visual presentation.
• Be innovative and provide feedback to management on new ways to improve Pilgrim’s performance.
• Provide good housekeeping and administrative skills.

 Skills and Attributes

It would be desirable if you had some or all of the following: 

• Proactive and positive attitude with passion, engagement and integrity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and have good leadership skills with ability to recruit, train and develop a team.
• Proven success in fashion retail.
• Strong operations and administration ability.
• Basic computer skills- Word, Excel, Outlook - must
• Strong understanding of styling for all body shapes.
• Be customer focused.
• Great time management and an attention to detail.
• Desire to be a Pilgrim Fashion Ambassador and to represent the Brand
