Novotel Sydney Darling Square is currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Conference & Events Sales Coordinator to coordinate events from start to finish as well as to maximise revenue into all conference rooms - this is the perfect role for anyone that is wanting to start their journey in the Conference & Events space
Novotel Sydney Darling Square is centrally located in the heart of Darling Harbour. The contemporary hotel offers a range of services and facilities. The hotel is the ideal venue for small to medium sized functions, meetings and conferences for up to 120 guests. With six dedicated conference and meeting rooms, each room offers an abundance of natural light.

Qualifications
Reporting to the Conference & Events Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and securing Conference & Events bookings for all venues with a key focus on our Conference & Events spaces. You will be empowered to determine clients' event needs, responding to client enquiries, and providing quotes for event proposals covering venue, function, menu and beverage costs ensuring revenue is maximized. You will develop successful professional relationship with your clients and maintain effective and timely communications - before, during and after the event. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team you will have a focus on ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at every event and assisting the team to convert business to ensure targets are met. You will continually liaise with the operations team to ensure high quality, impeccable service and experience is provided.
