This position is responsible for developing sales initiatives and strategies to achieve sales goals and enhance productivity and profits within the Conference & Events (C&E) sectors. They will lead the team to explore new business opportunities whilst maintaining good relationships with established clients.
Knowledge and Experience
- Sales experience within the Hospitality industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets.
- Experience with forecasting and budgeting principles.
- Proficiency in various IT software systems: Microsoft Office, PMS & CMS
Our Hotel - The Novotel & ibis styles Melbourne Airport is a new dual-branded, 464-room hotel opening on 1 July 2024.
The Novotel Melbourne Airport with 248 rooms, and ibis Styles Melbourne Airport with 216 rooms, will be located just steps away from Terminal 4, Melbourne Airport. Guests will enjoy access to a fitness centre, conference rooms, pool, co working space and a number of food & beverage venues which form the hub of the mixed-use precinct.
This will be a village centre supporting the airport community as a place to gather and socialise for everyone who travels and works from the airport precinct.
