Configuration & Data Management Administrator

The roleAs part of our Maritime group, the Configuration & Data Management Administrator will be responsible for ensuring that Configuration and Data Management (CDM) activities are undertaken in accordance with the CDM Plan. This will involve various duties such as engineering baseline identification and management within the CM toolset, support for Configuration and Review boards, support for CM audits and also support to DM.Further, the successful candidate will:Prepare agendas and minutes for Configuration Control and Review BoardsProgress change items through the review and Configuration Management process and prepare change authorisation documentation for presentation at review boardsSupport the analysis of proposed changes to assess up and downstream effect on overall systemApply the processes and procedures for the identification, control and distribution of project data within the Data Management System (DMS)Liaise with data owners/authors to ensure project documentation, such as program plans, engineering artefacts, specifications and contract modifications are prepared according to schedule and contract requirementsCoordinate reviews of documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office and 9 day fortnight will be considered for this role. About youYour skills and experience will include:Experience implementing Configuration and Data Management processes in development projectsExperience with CM tools such as WindchillDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively across engineering disciplines and organisationsExperience with handling and managing export controlled data (desirable)Experience managing secure/sensitive data (desirable)Experience with Document Editing/Publishing Tools (desirable)Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Requirements (desirable)As Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
