ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Construction Accounts Administrator. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fostering client relationships and ensuring smooth administrative operations within our construction projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable, including purchase order register maintenance
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Month-end reconciliations, including posting journals
- Financial reporting
- Handle client communications and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
- Coordinate closely with the construction team, ensuring all administrative tasks are efficiently managed.
- Follow up quotes and the sale register
- Assist in both pre-construction and post-construction phases, including document preparation, scheduling, and compliance checks.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and the construction team.
- Ensure that all construction administration procedures are followed and documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to the designated locations.
- Cross-check and verify paperwork related to deliveries, including delivery notes and customer acknowledgments, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to resolve any issues promptly and maintain smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office Suite.
