About The Role
As a Construction Admin person you will be working with a supportive construction team, your duties will include but not limited to:
- Producing and maintaining up to date site manuals and safety documents based on our templates.
- Working with compliance and OHS policies to the highest level
- Exposure/Experience with Quality Management systems-or willing to learn
- Preparing information for employees regarding contract and project status, design revisions and facilitating contractor/staff meetings
- Obtaining supplier and project pricing
- Processing orders and seeking information from suppliers
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Project completion and close out
- Ensuring compliance of agreements with relevant legislation as per our systems and management system
About you
- Proven minimum 2+years experience in Construction Admin within the commercial construction sector or similar. Long serving employees are looked favourable on.
- Experience with Aroflo-Training provided if not.
- Exposure / Experience with Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 or similar
- Knowledge of OHS policies, processes and procedures
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- An influential communicator who can build effective relationships and negotiate positive outcomes with our long standing clients groups
- Ability to work across a diverse range of projects
- Presents professionally
- Can work autonomously; and contribute on a team basis
- Is flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances and role requirements
