Construction Administrator

Burger Urge, a leading burger restaurant chain known for its delicious and high-quality burgers, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to join our team. As the Construction Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects and providing comprehensive administrative support to our construction team. This position presents an exciting chance to actively contribute to the prosperity and expansion of Burger Urge.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction project managers to create project schedules
• Maintain accurate work logs of construction activities, job information sheets, and financial reporting inputs
• Oversee construction contract administration ensuring contract documentation requirements are met throughout the construction experience
• Prepare/review any licensee or form required prior to store openings
• Streamline processes and data storage to bolster the efficiency of future projects
• Develop standard operating procedures and checklists for the department
• Register assets, if necessary, upon completion of projects to protect our interests
• Handle all billing requests/invoices of projects and forward to intended payee
• Ensure all parties compliance with obligation during project

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction administration is desirable
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities within a set deadline and budget
• Attention to details, a high degree of accuracy, and strong numeracy skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Project Management software, DocuSign
• Willingness to develop an understanding of the Australian Building Code
