The Firm & The RoleOur client is a growing commercial law and their construction team is experiencing growth. To this end, the firm is looking to recruit a lawyer with at least 2 to 6 years pae.This role will see you having autonomy, client responsibility and assisting in the further growth of the practice group. You will play a role in further growing the team and cementing client relationships.The team has experience in both front end and back-end construction matters. However, the focus of the work will be more back-end matters and building defects litigation.This would suit a Construction Lawyer or a commercial litigation lawyer who wants a clear career path, interesting work, lots of supportive and who wants to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.About YouThe ideal candidate will:

• Be a Construction Lawyer or commercial litigation lawyer (who wants to pivot to construction work) with at least 2 years post admission experience
• Have strong writing, technical and litigation skills
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Be able to develop and foster strong client relationships
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Have energy, drive and enthusiasm
