The Company:
Our client, a well-established construction company has an enviable history of delivering effective and efficient complex Construction Projects, covering all industry sectors. They utilise various sub-contractors to reinstate residential and commercial properties for various different large clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering
• Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS
• Scoping the works and obtaining quotes from our approved vendors
• Preparing proposals to be submitted back to our client for review
• Support the production of design and specification documents to support planning
• Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting,
• Monitoring and evaluation purposes to communicate with key stakeholders
• Developing and managing Delivery Programmes
• Managing tenders, getting quotes of contractors, managing invoices & variations.

About You:

• A strong track record of stability with previous employers
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Fit out & Structure experience essential, Façade experience also desirable
• Five years plus experience with a desire to grow your career
