The Role & Project
Due to recent project awards MACA Interquip Mintrex is currently seeking an experienced site Construction Manager (SMP) to join our growing team.
The Construction Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of physical delivery of construction projects. To supervise and lead employees and sub-contractors to undertake and complete projects and maintenance activities on time, in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with both contractual and statutory requirements.
Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all construction activities, tasks and requirements as determined by contract construction documentation including but not limited to specifications, SOW's, drawings, conditions of contract, technical and engineering standards.
- Meeting project deadlines and ensuring HSE standards / KPIs are enforced and maintained.
- Delivers all constructions aspects with due diligence to project budgets, programs and schedules (owns the project construction program).
- Provides leadership, guidance and direction to the project construction supervisory staff.
- Coordinates all project construction resources including, deployment of personnel, plant and equipment, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers.
