The Opportunity
Lead the day to day operations of our Dandenong South Depot responsible for the planning and delivery of all aspects of our construction activities. You will work closely with our team of Supervisors to develop capability and manage the selection and training of team members.
Key responsibilities include.
· Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all team members
· Ensure construction activities are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, cost, and ensure schedule deadlines are met.
· Plan and stage construction work, both greenfield and brownfield in an operating railway environment.

· Coordinate and monitor construction resource requirements to determine any changes required in employee numbers to achieve present and future project objectives.
Requirements to be successful.
- Degree in a related Engineering discipline or relevant Trade qualifications
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing electrical construction activities on project sites within the transport sector.
