Job Description
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of installations from inception to completion. Working closely with the in house team members, project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Also assist it input to gain efficiency on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with operations, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all project records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry standards. Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact project timelines or budgets. Work proactively to mitigate risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between the team, operations and clients.
- Efficiency's: assist with gaining efficiency's across projects.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies. Promote a culture of safety awareness and adherence to best practices on the job site.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- General knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license.
