Construction Project Manager

During our overall master plan of design to build projects we encompass pool building, heavy foundations, retaining, house extensions, renovations, cabanas, studio or 1, 2 bedroom dwellings, landscaping, and more. We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. 

With a full builder's license, full insurances and 27 years of successful business experience (our director), our company has established itself as a key player in the industry, delivering masterfully crafted projects in a professional and client-focused manner.

Responsibilities: As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing experienced site supervisors
• Scheduling production
• Producing quality progress reports (using our current system) and ensuring site supervisors do not progress without the report, and your approval 
• Ensuring the site supervisors produce the scope of works to the budget 
• Ensuring projects run to schedule
• Overseeing staff utilization of sign-on and off systems
• Collaborating and coordinating with various teams, from scheduling to accounts and design-estimating to achieve your outcomes 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of building experience
• Relevant certifications and licenses
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
• Familiarity with a variety of construction materials and methods
• Experience with both lightweight and heavy construction
• Fully capable of interpretation building drawings, architectures, engineering, site survey, easement & reports such as sewer & services
• Experience in directing or providing advice while overseeing site supervisors in all aspects of building from formwork (including out of ground), concreting, suspended slab work, carpentry, electricals, plumbing and more
• Capable and experienced in cross checking site supervisors set outs, RL's and marked out positions
• Demonstrate examples of helping to keep a team motivated and together (our company principle) 
• The ability to overcome road blocks, or challenges, while keeping the projects on schedule
