Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate schedules, and ensure all resources are aligned to meet project goals.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure projects are executed within financial constraints.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire project teams. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging open communication and shared success.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that construction projects meet the highest standards and client expectations.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and ensure overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or budgets.
Site Inspections: Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure work is progressing according to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and ensure all projects comply with relevant codes and standards.
Problem Resolution: Actively troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
Document Control: Oversee accurate record-keeping, including project documentation, contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor/Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on building a positive and inclusive team culture.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
OSHA certification is a plus.
Trade qualification is a plus.
Must be Able to hold police clearance and working with children
