We have a position in our Lonsdale facility (Adelaide) for a welder who will also be a Workshop Supervisor.
This supervisor works closely with our operations team, which is in a separate location. Join our daily production huddles. Communicate via email and phone. Check production schedule and advise progress. Customers are won, and time tines are met by bringing an attitude of ‘how can I help’
Keep the workshop team aligned, alive and humming. Think Smart, plan work, find efficiencies, check stock, and be responsible to keep it running smooth.
This position leads from the front, jump right in amongst the action working along side the team, whilst coordinating the work.

Essential Requirements:
- Past experience of supervising
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read drawings and check products
- Past welding experience (tickets/qualifications not essential)
- Good work ethic
- Forklift license is beneficial but not a requirement.
