The role
Positioned within our Marketing Planning and Operations team, the focus of the Consultant will be to play a key role in driving operations excellence across marketing through Adobe Workfront. Your responsibilities will include financial governance, process management, team engagement & training and providing insights to the marketing leadership team. This role requires an eye for detail, ability to drive continuous improvement and excellent communication and relationship management skills.
What you'll be doing
In this role, you will provide support to the Marketing team across the enterprise for the following activities:
Ensuring optimal use of the Adobe Workfront system to support marketing activity planning, tracking, management and more
Support the management of the marketing budget and reporting requirements including ensuring we are progressing towards landing the full year spend targets, identifying issues and capturing changes
Drive business process and governance improvement initiatives
Assist with managing planning processes, including the annual planning process, which sets the direction and funding for the NAB marketing team
Proactive and regular analysis of marketing financial data to identify risks and opportunities, providing insights to the marketing leadership team, influencing marketing strategy
Provide outstanding stakeholder service and reporting including supporting the production of monthly management reporting dashboards, collating marketing performance
Deliver engaging marketing team communications this includes supporting marketing Planning and Operations in developing and delivering engaging team communications, announcements, content, huddles and events
What you'll bring
You are passionate about marketing and have outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills. To be successful, you will also have experience in and/or exposure to:
Prior Marketing background, specifically planning/operations and Adobe Workfront proficiency highly regarded
Successfully identifying opportunities for efficiency and improvements to processes
Budgeting and finance processes including approaches to planning, forecasting and cost analysis
Creating and presenting reports, papers and presentation packs from data analysis to inform or influence decisions and improve processes
Ability to work effectively with different levels of the team and cross-functional departments
