The opportunity:
As the Consultant - Project Coordinator/Document Controller, you will be responsible for responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects by coordinating all aspects of project planning and documentation management. You will work closely with the project team to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within the specified time frame and budget.
The role is based at our Werrington NSW location.
- Maintain appropriate document and knowledge management systems as outlined in the key management plans.
- Distribute project-related documentation and reporting as per agreed distribution lists.
- Provide administrative support to project teams (meeting bookings, travel, etc.).
- Maintain probity and confidentiality records.
- Support project controls tasks (time-sheeting, reporting etc.).

- Experience in project coordination and document control.
- Experience working with project management software and tools.
