Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is the first point of contact to support customers for repairs and general service enquiries.The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing the completion of work orders, warranty claims and the invoicing of all workshop and field service jobs, whilst ensuring customer's requirements are achieved within an agreed timeframe and budget.Key Responsibilities

- General administrative duties
- General workshop tasks
- Safety compliance
- Organising inspections
- Previous experience in a customer coordinator role (preferred but not essential).
- Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail
- A high level of Customer Service with a dedication towards customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritising accordingly.
- Advanced computer literacy skills - MS office and other relevant internet-based applications.
