We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Insights Manager to join our Marketing & Innovation team. Reporting into the Head of Category, Insights and Channel marketing, your overarching brief is to lead the consumer insight strategy, resulting in the delivery of profitable & accretive insight platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Be the voice of the consumer & their profiles within the organisation and ensure their alignment to marketing strategies.
- Build the marketing and cross functional teams' knowledge on consumer & shopper to drive effectiveness in decision making in marketing and communication plans.
- Lead consumer research strategy & manage supplier relationships & research budgets.
- Support the development of brand & customer strategies with the provision and presentation of insights.
- Analyse data & research results to establish usable insight.
- Develop & share road map of trends and product platforms 2-5 years out that Bulla can deliver and/or customer should engage in for future growth.
- Delivery of current, relevant insights including brand, competitor and category performance.
- Input into Annual Brand Plans
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the capacity to positively influence people and to initiate and deliver change independently or through teamwork.
- Excellent analysis and numeracy skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation and negotiation skills.
- Well-developed logical and lateral thinking skills
- Experience in Consumer Insights (minimum 7 years)
- Extensive experience in leading an innovation process, insight development, consumer and shopper segmentation, brand positioning, ideation, development and testing, new product development, & horizon planning.
- Experience managing 3rd party research agencies.
