About The Role
We are recruiting for hybrid roles within our client’s Global Contact Centre in Newcastle.
We need 8 Sales Agents in total, to start on 15th March.
Duties:
- Achieve sales of their core range of products
- Use your expertise to enhance and personalise guest journeys by way of their range of products, services, and destinations.
- Create and manage flight, accommodation, cruise and tour reservations via phone, chat, or email with high attention to detail.
- Find solutions to guests change in circumstance or requirements.
- Deepen connections with existing guests and travel agents and create long lasting relationships with new ones.
- Collaborate with and support team members around the globe
Skills & Experience
- A sense of fun and wonder, with a passion for travel and experiences
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service through sales
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre and/or Sales role
- Attention to detail and accuracy, combined with effective communication skills
- The skills to master multiple systems, with proficiency at multi-tasking and adapting to changing circumstances
- Confidence dealing with high volumes of work across different channels including voice, email, and chat
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment
- An interest in your own development
