We are currently working with a global fintech who are a world leader in superannuation and investment technology who are expanding their Newcastle Contact Centre footprint due to huge growth. We are seeking a multiple high energy Contact Centre Representatives to join this team.
The role will involve:
- Handling inbound calls from clients relating to new technology that is being implemented in their superannuation or investment business.
- Liaising to resolve problems or issues
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and chat
- Follow up customer enquiries
We need people who have:
- Passion for providing excellent customer service
- A genuine love for helping people and solving complex problems
- An ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic customer service environment
- A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using tech and an ability to grasp new technology quickly
- Prior Contact Centre experience
