We are currently working with a global fintech who are a world leader in superannuation and investment technology who are expanding their Newcastle Contact Centre footprint due to huge growth. We are seeking a multiple high energy Contact Centre Representatives to join this team.

The role will involve:

• Handling inbound calls from clients relating to new technology that is being implemented in their superannuation or investment business.
• Liaising to resolve problems or issues
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and chat
• Follow up customer enquiries

We need people who have:

• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• A genuine love for helping people and solving complex problems
• An ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic customer service environment
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence using tech and an ability to grasp new technology quickly
• Prior Contact Centre experience
