Our busy clinic located in Five Dock is seeking a Contact Centre Agent. The role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with shifts scheduled between the core hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm.
What will you be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
- Driving the delivery of high quality Contact Centre services

Key selection criteria:
- Previous Contact Centre experience (highly desirable)
- Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
