What will you do?
- Answer high volume of inbound calls from new and existing candidates
- Assist candidates with applying for roles
- Answer general queries
- Assist with pay enquiries
- Order and manage PPE/uniforms
- Work towards set KPI's on a weekly basis

- Capability to manage high volume calls
- Ability to resolve level one support queries by utilising various systems
- Provision of excellent customer service both internally and externally
- Accurate high level data entry
- Strong procedural focus
