AddressHello Molly is seeking a highly motivated Content Creator to join and support the rapid success of our in-house Social Media team.

We release over 100 new designs a week in more than 100 countries (and counting!), across Europe, the Americas, Asia as well as Africa. We've landed on the radars of world-renowned It-girls, models, influencers and most importantly, our loyal and repeat customers.
We are now looking for someone who will match this passion and ambition to add even more sparkle to our social media presence.
What you’ll do:
- Act as a Hello Molly brand ambassador - you won't be afraid of being in-front of a camera!
- Planning, shooting, editing and posting engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Facebook and Ads.
- Create and edit content for our social media channels, including photos, videos, memes and captions, that aligns with our brand's style and tone.
- Showcase our latest products with daily in-house content, featuring product videos, trend highlights, and stylish flatlays.
- Tailor content for each social media channel, ensuring that it aligns with the platform's unique audience, format, and features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sounds and product to create content that captivates and resonates with our followers.
- Plan, attend, and capture behind the scenes, trend and product focussed content for e-commerce and collection photoshoots, events and activations across diverse social media platforms. Edit and prepare this content for posting on respective platforms.
- Collaborate with the social media team to plan content calendars, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand message across all platforms.
- Interact with our social media audience, respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers
- Monitor the performance of content using analytics tools and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
You will be a great fit for this role if you have:

- A positive, proactive attitude with a "get it done" mentality, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- A real understanding of the importance of branding and tone of voice.
- Demonstrated experience producing content across multiple social channels,- targeting each to the relevant platform.
- Consistently ahead of trends, with a keen understanding of emerging social media and fashion trends.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Intermediate to advanced skills using Adobe Photoshop and Canva, Capcut or other image and video editing software
- Impeccable attention to detail, no mistake is made twice!
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track key metrics, analyse performance, and provide actionable insights.
