On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be involved in:

• Create high quality content (e.g., short and long form videos, static ads, blog articles, infographics) to spearhead content led inbound lead AND demand generation to our website
• Research competitors and industry-related topics
• Deeply understand our target market and create relevant content to specific audiences within this market
• Create blog and social media posts for amplification across social media platforms
• Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content
• Strictly adhere to our branding and style guidelines and serve as the primary expert for all marketing queries (act as the brand’s champion)
• Plan, shoot, and edit social media videos
• Design visuals using Adobe Creative Suite
• Utilise creator tools on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn to manage brand presence
• Build out social content calendars 
• Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns
• Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns with media agency
• Reconcile marketing costs with accuracy to the budget
• Performance Optimisation and Analysis: Utilise analytics to guide decision-making, optimise content creation efforts, and ensure a data-driven approach to achieving business goals.
• Innovation and Collaboration: Work closely with different teams (mainly Sales, and Customer Success) to innovate and implement targeted content, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

We’re looking for a content-obsessed person to run alongside our senior leaders in this exciting next stage of business if you have:

• Proven experience in B2B content creation for amplification across multiple channels and platforms;
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance;
• Exceptional project management capabilities: you must be able to ideate and manage multiple concurrent content streams across multiple platforms simultaneously, and
• Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit committed to achieving results.
