Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

Cinematx Studios is a Melbourne based Real Estate property marketing company offering its services across Metro Melbourne and outer suburbs of Melbourne. We are on the hunt for an experienced Social Media superstar and Content Creator to join us and facilitate the planning, execution, and growth of our marketing and Social Media content creation. This is a new role and venture within the business. If you have a passion for storytelling and creating engaging on-trend content, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating exciting content across multiple platforms: producing video content, editing footage, copywriting for Social Media posts, and delivering an exceptional product efficiently.
• Scheduling posts for multiple clients through content and promotional calendars
• Evaluating current and future industry/Social Media trends to best engage with consumers on our client’s behalf.
• Data-driven decision making – able to analyse content performance and use insights to refine your approach and conduct competitor analysis to inform optimisation strategies.
• Working closely with our team of photographers and videographers under the guidance of management for the development of social assets and content required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• The initiative and commitment to shape something from the ground up and continue to build and manage a successful future marketing team.
• Experience capturing high-quality photos and videos using professional camera and audio equipment.
• Full competency across multiple editing platforms: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• The ability to keep up with on-trend editing styles like interactive fonts, icons, sound effects, music, etc.
• Strong understanding of all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube.
• The ability to craft clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy writing.
• Strong communication skills with our team and our clients.
• Ability to think outside of the box, come up with new and exciting content ideas, and execute these ideas quickly.
• Unrestricted Driver's license and reliable car – drive to any site around Melbourne where required.

  Added bonus criteria:
   

• Knowledge of Google Ads and SEO principles and how to optimize content for search engines.
• Previous experience and understanding of real estate
• Provide previous examples where you have successfully grown Social Media accounts or contributed to the content creation of that account.
