Form of workWe’re looking for a Senior Commercial Content Editor to join our dedicated, high-performance team at Suddenly, a News Corp-owned content marketing agency on a 12 month contract in our Bowen Hills location.
This role will be responsible for coming up with best-in-class content ideas and producing high-quality, audience-driven and digital-first content that meets our clients’ marketing objectives.
You have exceptional writing and editing skills, are highly proficient in writing for SEO, and can commission and top-edit copy
You have solid editorial experience, preferably in the consumer space
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to develop and work to tight production timelines
You have experience in a digital-first environment, are accountable, highly organised and comfortable working to tight deadlines
You love coming up with genius ideas for online articles, video scripts and online magazines that meet the client’s content marketing objectives
Willingness to learn video production, including script-writing
- A sunny and collaborative attitude
- The ability to work autonomously and manage projects from start to finish
- Demonstrated ability and flair for writing for SEO
- Excellent writing skills, grammar and editing skills in English
- Able to simultaneously handle multiple tasks with different deadlines
