In the role of Content Editor (Intranet), Accountabilities include:
- Team Coordination: Liaise with and work across program delivery teams to provide input and coordinate the accurate and timely delivery of integrated. communication products and services to support project objectives.
- Content Creation: Research, plan, and create various contemporary communication and digital content that aligns with TMR's business priorities and strategic objectives as well as its templates and design guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executives, stakeholders, and other departments to provide guidance on web and digital publishing standards, policies, processes, and inquiries, fostering effective communication.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with content providers, key stakeholders, customers, and business groups to facilitate the development and implementation of modern digital communication tools and techniques.
- Trend Analysis and Reporting: Research, analyse, evaluate, and report on migration progress for individual sites, working with the business to identify best site design opportunities, issues, and risks, assisting the decision-making processes.
