About the RoleThe
Content Navigation team is a multi-state team, working closely with Content Makers as they serve changing audience needs.This role will lead the team to ensure the best content can be easily found and the content value is maximised through multiple uses.The role will also include:
- Supporting and guiding content makers in the appraisal, selection and retention of audio-visual content.
- Facilitating access and retrieval of content assets and migrating content between systems.
- Working closely with other ABC archives teams to continuously improve content value, policy and workflows.
About YouYou have substantial experience working in either Archives, Collection Management, Preservation or Broadcast in a large organisation along with high level leadership skills. Your skills and experience will also include:
- Experience leading, developing and supporting small teams.
- Highly developed problem solving, organisational and writing skills
- Sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey information to in a manner that matches m stakeholder understanding.
