Your New Role
In the role of Education Content Creation Lead, you will establish a new Education Content function and capability. By leveraging best practice Education Content expertise and digital insights to optimize education solutions, you will design the Education Content strategy to enable the delivery of member education and achieve fund objectives of building member knowledge and confidence, retention of members who become advocates of Aware. You will also lead content design and creation across multiple channels, mediums and platforms delivering effective, compelling and creative education solutions inhouse and/or managed through relevant partners. In addition, you will:
- Lead the planning, creation and fulfilment of content from development and resource preparation through to execution, reporting and optimization;
- Be Accountable for the overall Education Content Strategy to ensure more members feel confident as they plan and head into retirement;
- Manage the content budget and liaising with external vendors, designing briefs and ensuring deliverables in line with requirements and no cost overruns;
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, education delivery managers and other stakeholders to identify the learning objectives, needs, and preferences of the target audience; and
- Create, develop and produce engaging and innovative educational content for various platforms, topics, levels and audiences.
How do you exceed our expectations?
You will have strong technical capabilities and experience in the creation of engaging and interactive content using various tools and platforms. You will have a strong understanding of the digital content landscape including planning, implementing and evaluation of member education, content and instructional design practices. In addition, you will have:
- Experience with writing and re-versioning of materials for the online environment and for a range of different audiences;
- Experience of evaluating and analysing information and data to propose improvements to content to ensure users' needs are met;
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle the responsibility for delivering multiple projects at a time;
- Excellent written and verbal reasoning skills, with concise and clear messaging with a high degree of attention to detail; and
- A strong understanding of agile practices and how they help deliver at pace.
