The role:
As the Content Specialist you will be responsible for helping the Risk & Compliance team change the hearts and minds of how the business do risk management. You will drive how they write content, how they can sell risk management in a good way, make it more streamlined, have greater consistent across the business streams.
You'll also help develop training, building out the training roadmap, building up the muscle of risk management. The end goal is to insert risk management into everyone's day to days lives, so they know when to reach out to the team.
Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and learning management systems.
- Effective oral and written communication to support varying levels of management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strategic and organizational planning skills.
- Strong Confluence skills.
- Experience working in a high-velocity environment.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training required.
- 10+ years related experience required.
- Risk management experience.
