Your new role 

Our Sydney office is looking for a Content Writer ANZ to join our collaborative and creative marketing team. This is a full-time permanent role commencing immediately or January 2024. The role will be based in the Sydney office two days a week and have flexibility to work from home three days a week.  

The Content Writer is responsible for ideating and creating client- and candidate-centric copy across all digital channels while maintaining the brand tone of voice. 

You will be responsible for developing content to engage a diverse array of audiences across all digital channels, support and drive SEO through web content development and be a collaborative partner in the marketing team, and across the wider business.  

This role will report into Head of Content & Creative, ANZ.  

What you'll need to succeed 

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar position in addition to: 

• Exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal form. 

• Proven experience in Journalism, Media, Marketing, communications, English, Public Relations, or any other related field.  

• Experience and success in driving and managing content strategies for a business in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment. 

• Strong analytical skills, showing deep interest in market research and analysis of business-related content. 

• Ability to interpret data to gauge the success of the business’s content strategies and campaigns to inform future enhancements.  

• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to engage easily with people and build strong working relationships. 

• Strong knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics. 

• Creative with excellent attention to detail. 

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
