Porter Plant is a leader in the plant and equipment dry hire industry with over 2200 pieces of plant and equipment. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Contracts Officer to join our Contracts team. This role plays an integral role ensuring we meet both internal KPI’s and contractual requirements.
As Contracts Officer, you will be responsible for;
- Creating, amending and closing hire contracts.
- Processing customer invoicing and raising of purchase orders.
- Answer & address phone calls in a timely manner.
- Assist with collection, sorting and distribution of mail.
- Maintain company PPSR register.
- Maintain hire and company records.
- Administrative support to National sales team.
- General administrative tasks.
- Invoicing hires and 3rd party expenses.
- Create and maintain company process maps in VISIO.
As Contracts Officer, you will;
- Have the option of 8am or 9am start.
- Hold a current Drivers licence.
- Have the ability to understand dates and the impact on monthly invoicing.
- Accounts background.
- Have a demonstrated customer service focus.
- Have the ability to negotiate to ensure you receive correct information.
- Ability to meet defined timeframes.
- A positive attitude and work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Be curious. Act with a sense of urgency.
