About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contract Administrator for our business located in Canberra. This is your opportunity to become a vital member of the team in a collaborative and supportive manner.

It is a full-time role. To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years proven experience working in a similar position. Responsibilities Draft and update contracts that are legally binding between both parties Administrate, organise, and update paperwork related to contracts Collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate favorable contract terms Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms Track contract expiration dates and milestones to ensure timely renewals and compliance Maintain the contract database and documentation for easy retrieval and analysis Desirable skills: Tertiary qualification, minimum a Bachelor Degree Minimum 5 years continuing contract admin experience in recent years Superb written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and influencing skills Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
