About the Company/ Project
Our client is a Developer/ Builder specialising in luxury residential and commercial developments. They have a large pipeline of work across luxury homes, apartments & commercial builds up to value of more than $1bil. They have a proven track record of delivering innovative and quality projects at an award-winning standard.
The project is a high end/ luxury home comprising of a heritage listed building and an adjoining new build located in Vaucluse. This project has at least a few years left on it.
- Bespoke team looking for their next Contracts Administrator - Opportunity to work on a very high/ end luxury build.
- Leading and reputable boutique builder/ developer.
- Pay between $130,000 - $200,000 total package.
About the Role
This position is for a CA with a minimum of 4 years' experience, ideally with boutique luxury homes space. This role will consider candidates with up to 10 years' experience, as you will be the sole CA on the project. Your responsibilities will be to ensure the delivery of the project exceeds the project parameters for cost. Ensure project cost controls, cost reporting systems and other processes and procedures are maintained at all times to ensure accurate reporting of cost. Every third Saturday is required.
Sills and Experience Required
- Minimum of four years' experience in Contract Administration.
- Tertiary qualification on a relevant field.
- Mandarin speaking advantageous.
- Will consider candidates from commercial and high-end luxury residential builds.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Be able to work autonomously.
- Proven track record working on boutique residential units.
- High level of discretionary.
