Located in Murarrie QLD, MCC Marine Pty Ltd is one of The MCC Group's companies. We are recruiting candidates to work for MCC Marine Pty Ltd as a Contract Administrator, full time at 38 h/w.

Job Title

Contract Administrator

Qualifications & Experience

·        AQF Diploma (Level 5 equivalent) in a relevant field such as Business,                             Administration or Law. Other fields may be considered on a case by case basis,               especially those with a Certificate III in Business, Administration or a Law related             field.

·        At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills

·        Strong attention to detail

·        Ability to work independently

·        Ability to work under pressure

·        Sound interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

·        Proficiency in MS Office

·       Candidates are expected to demonstrate their ability to comprehend the risk                     associated with the contract terms and formulate contract terms in the best interest of the objectives of MCC Marine.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·        Developing, assessing, and negotiating changes to contracts, programs, projects,           and services

·        Resolving inquiries concerning contracts and services rendered

·        Research and resolve critical issues throughout the contracts term

·        Administering documentation linked with contracts, programs, projects, and                     delivered services

·        Overseeing work by contractors and implementing/reporting on contractual                       variations

·        Collaborating with organisational departments to ensure objectives are being met

·        Providing advice to senior management on pertinent matters and executing their             directives

·        Analysing and collating data, reporting on contractual/project outcomes

Salary

A$70,000 base plus Super plus benefits. Salary commensurate with experience.
