The Position
Currently an opportunity exists for a Contracts Administrator to join the high performing investment sales team. Responsibilities will include:
- Issue residential build and land contracts
- Provide sales support to the investment sales team
- Issue files to construction
- Liaise and follow up with solicitors and valuers
- Additional marketing and sales administration support
Skills and Experience
To be considered we are looking for someone with the following:
- Experience in a residential contracts administration role
- Experience with HIA or land contracts highly regarded
- Experience in a presite administration role with a volume home builder advantageous
- Conveyancing experience advantageous
- Highly organised and able to work in a volume environment
