Contracts Administrator - Health, Govt. & Edu Projects

Our successful client is looking for a skilled driven Contracts Administrator to join a successful team to ensure delivery of multi-million $ commercial projects within QLD.

Have you been part of the delivery of Health, Education, Commercial, Refurb & New Build projects in QLD?

We are looking for a Contracts Administrator that wants the career path to move into a Project Management or Contracts Management.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Drafting Scope of Works, payment schedules, project reporting and financial reporting
• Liaison with the Project team
• Cash flow forecasting and ensuring cost codes are accurately maintained 
• Maintain of formal notices and key correspondence
• Sub-contractor liaison and management
• Maintain a register of suppliers and sub-contractors
• Interpret plans and specifications to understand the full scope of works for the projects
• Ensure compliance and quality is met
• Process progress claims

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
• 1-2 Years Contracts Administration Experience with a Head Contractor in the commercial space in QLD
• Strong in Head Contract and Sub-contract issue mitigation
• Well-versed in Procore
• Must be Gold Coast based
• Project Engineer experience would be favoured
