Contract Administrator - Commercial New Builder

The Role
Ideally suited to an existing Contract Administrator, who has between 3-5 + years of experience in a local builder with exposure to different project types, and have worked on projects from commencement to completion, you will be working within a team of contractual staff, and under the guidance of the Project Manager (on the project) and Commercial Manager (for additional guidance and support).  Normal CA duties required.

• Experience in a similar role on large building projects, with exposure to tendering, cost planning and cost reporting
• Relevant Tertiary qualification
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well in a team environment and build good relationships with sub-contractors
