The Role
Ideally suited to an existing Contract Administrator, who has between 3-5 + years of experience in a local builder with exposure to different project types, and have worked on projects from commencement to completion, you will be working within a team of contractual staff, and under the guidance of the Project Manager (on the project) and Commercial Manager (for additional guidance and support). Normal CA duties required.
Your point of difference
- Experience in a similar role on large building projects, with exposure to tendering, cost planning and cost reporting
- Relevant Tertiary qualification
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work well in a team environment and build good relationships with sub-contractors
- Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
