We are now looking for a Contract Administrator to join the head office and be part of a well structired and stable team.
Roles & Responsibilities'
- Preparation of estimates, quotes
- Submitting accurate tenders
- Allocating subcontract packages
- Contract tender project management
- On-site inspections and meetings
- Compiling project documentation iaccurately
- Liaise with team members, managers and clients
- Good knowledge of the local subcontractors
- You will ideally have used Hammertech and Buildlogic
- Have experience working on both public and private sector projects
- Hold a Construction Management degree or equivalent
- Good communication skills with proven ability to develop positive relationships, both internally and with external clients.
