Contract Administrator

A long standing New Build Head Contractor - Undertaking a range of projects covering Education, commercial, industrial, hospitality, and retail is seeking a Contract Administrator to work on a $40m project in North West Sydney.

Can work from Site or Head Office, flexaibility in working location.

Role:

• Involvement in the full life-cycle of multiple projects $15M - $50M
• Cost analysis, reporting and forecasting
• Take off's, estimating and BOQ's
• Manage sub-contracts & supply agreements
• Ordering materials and equipment
• Support the project manager
• Supporting Cadets and other Contract administrators

The requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a CA role
• Previous experience working on residential construction projects, preferably high end and custom homes and apartments
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background
• Strong communication skills
• Experience dealing with a range of professionals from sub-contractors to architects
• Highly organized with good time management skills
• Education Experince is Prefered but not mandatory
