Your Position:

As an intermediate to Senior Contract Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in the contracts team, and the following criteria are imperative:

• Oversight and coordination of subcontract and supplier agreements.
• Administration of progress claims, variations, EOTs, and all correspondence.
• Provision of project cost reports.
• Close collaboration with the Project Manager and Site Manager to ensure adherence to financial and contractual obligations.
• Engagement with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, including attendance at site meetings.

Your Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator with a focus on Commercial Construction.
• Experience with project value of $15m+
