Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Contract Administrator/s with a minimum of two years working within the Construction Industry to join our great team to assist in contract management. This role reports to Construction Manager..
The Role:
- Work with an experienced team to review and enhance existing documentation and procedures
- Preparation and administration of Subcontracts and Supply Agreements
- Managing a database of registers i.e. subcontractor insurances & retentions
- Managing the subcontract schedules and processing of invoices to ensure compliance with contract/s
- Preparation of recommendations for subcontractor payments after evaluation and consultation with the Project team
- Manage any subcontract variation requests
- Work / life balance and flexible work hours and ability to work from home
Who are you?
- You've worked on construction projects for a period for at least 2 years as a Contracts Administrator within the Construction Industry.
- You have experience in Australia
- You have tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering or QS (or a related degree or with equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
- You can handle working autonomously
