Job description

Our client is a dedicated commercial construction team delivering high-quality projects and providing end-to-end construction management services.
 
Role Overview:

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Contracts Administrator to join our client's team. You will be responsible for supporting the construction team throughout all stages of projects. The Contracts Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing general contract administration, including expense and budget activities, documentation management, project communication, and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure budgeting, scheduling, and coordination processes run smoothly for projects
  • Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and budget limitations are met
  • Generate progress reports
  • Prepare MS Project Gantt Chart Programmes
  • Assist in developing and managing comprehensive tender reviews, providing recommendations for tender package awards
  • Support the development and administration of procedures
 
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Natural problem solver and seeker of information
 
Education and Experience:
  • Previous experience in a related field is advantageous but not required
  • Demonstrated initiative and a positive attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skillset
