Role Overview:
We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Contracts Administrator to join our client's team. You will be responsible for supporting the construction team throughout all stages of projects. The Contracts Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing general contract administration, including expense and budget activities, documentation management, project communication, and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure budgeting, scheduling, and coordination processes run smoothly for projects
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines and budget limitations are met
- Generate progress reports
- Prepare MS Project Gantt Chart Programmes
- Assist in developing and managing comprehensive tender reviews, providing recommendations for tender package awards
- Support the development and administration of procedures
