They seek individuals with a proven background in the Commercial Construction sector, managing projects ranging from $5 million to $20 million and beyond, covering commercial, community, industrial, health, aged care, and education sectors.
This permanent position calls for an experienced Contracts Administrator to lead both the team and projects. Our client is dedicated to finding the best Contracts Administrator for a long-term partnership. Fostering an exceptional team culture that has resulted in staff members staying with them for up to 7 years, thanks to an open-door policy to Senior Management.

With an already strong construction pipeline, our client is actively seeking experienced Contracts Administrators to join their ranks. This presents an exciting opportunity for self-motivated individuals who are honest, reliable, and eager to learn, allowing them to step into this role and become a part of this esteemed organization.
Your Qualifications:
- Preferred tertiary qualifications in Construction Management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, etc.)
- Ideally, 3+ years of industry experience managing projects ranging from $5 million to $30 million
