Contract Administrator

With over 4 decades of experience in the Construction Industry, our client has forged their name through providing excellence in service and quality to clients. They are now in the hunt for a superstar Contracts Administrator due to recent company growth and contribute to the team.
With projects in the Greater Perth Metropolitan area, this role would see you report to the Construction Manager whilst ensuring project delivery is handled in a timely are accurate manner.
You will also be responsible for:

• Contract quotes and negotiating contracts with both Suppliers and Subcontractors
• Preparation and review of payments to Suppliers/Subcontractors
• Ensure variation schedules are prepared and maintained.
• Check supplier invoices and correlate discrepancies.
• Work with subcontractors to ensure all insurances are both legal and current.
• Process Claims

To be successful, you will have:

• A Diploma in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Microsoft Proficient
• Experience working with CHEOPS
• A proficient understanding of contract law and administration.
• 3 Years experience in a similar role.
