Summary
Service Stream's Telecommunications Division are currently seeking a Contract Compliance & Audit Coordinator to join our Telecommunications division located in our Melbourne office.
About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support the Telecommunications Business Unit by overseeing contract processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Reporting Line: Industry Engagement & Training Manager
Key Responsibilities
Resource compliance:
Create a 'Resource Compliance' audit schedule.
Manage the Audit Schedule coordinating both desktop and in person audits.
Reporting on both schedule and audit results.
Highlight any Critical Risk from audits to GM/EGM.
Contract audit:
Create a 'Contract Compliance' audit schedule utilising the 'Statement of Expectations'
Manage the Audit Schedule coordinating both desktop and in person audits.
Reporting on both schedule and audit results.
Highlight any Critical Risk from audits to GM/EGM
About you
- Experience in contract administration or Knowledge of document control.
- Experience working in an operational team with structured processes.
- Excellent computer skills
- Intermediate to advanced capability with Microsoft Suite.
- Tertiary qualification or diploma in administrative field advantageous.
