Vivid Property Services is a national commercial cleaning specialist that Australian facility managers and procurement managers trust to meet their cleanliness and hygiene standards.
This is an exciting opportunity for a current Contract Manager to join a growing and innovative company, to expand and further develop their career. This opportunity is suitable for an energetic, highly focused professional with a “can-do” attitude, customer service focus and a high level of initiative.
This role provides service support to key stakeholders within the aligned account portfolio. The Contract Manager facilitates and engages with the relevant stakeholders throughout the entire contract process ensuring that key objectives are met. This includes ensuring compliance, audit scheduling monitoring and effective service delivery that meets the client’s expectations. The Contract Manager will work closely with the Group Portfolio General Manager providing support and participation in client contract meetings as required. The Contract Manager will maintain, and update operations manuals, strategic action plans, and client operational plans.
Key responsibilities
Account Service Management:
- Provide strategic support to the General Manager by ensuring the Account Operating Plan is created and updated with relevant and up to date information that supports the account including but not limited to operations manuals are updated, audit scheduling is captured, bespoke training programs are developed to manage delivery issues, Strategic Account Management action plans are updated.
- Take responsibility for implementing management plans and ensuring that they are delivered.
- Act as the conduit for information between the client and the delivery team, updating monitoring, evaluating, measuring information to ensure delivery is efficient, compliant, and meeting client expectations.
- Work closely alongside the Transition Manager to ensure operating plan is populated and updated with transition information.
- Work in collaboration with internal Vivid stakeholders, suppliers and clients to drive operational excellence and best practice
- Is responsible for the implementation of Service Providers’ Master service agreement and their performance monitoring in collaboration with the Service support functions,
Data Management and Governance
- Ensure client contract database is maintained
- Client contract pricing is complete, accurate and up to date in VMS
- Analytics and Reporting on Client Contract and Pricing matters
- Contract Compliance
Business development
- Analyses service delivery processes, policies, and procedures to identify any change required to make the delivery service more efficient.
Essential Skills
- Previous experience working in the cleaning/facilities management industry is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and a dynamic personality, easily adapting to change
- Understanding of workplace health and safety and ability to promote a safety culture across the region
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
