Effectively coordinate, plan, manage and execute the operational tasks and service fulfilment activities. Also, provide continuous service solutions to existing clients, contracts and prospective projects in line with the company’s strategic vision, growth and long-term profitability. Also, establishing and maintaining a healthy and harmonious working relationship with customers and employees whilst ensuring that all services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the contract and the Quality Management System.
Description of Responsibilities
Maintains a commitment to the company’s vision, mission, value and pledge
Directs and co-ordinates operational activities
Overseeing the operations at various sites either directly or via the management of client managers or on-site team leaders
Working according to set budgetary constraints thereby retaining profitability.
Providing timely and accurate information to administration to ensure all service operatives are paid in accordance with the relevant awards.
Conducting cleaning inspections where required and providing instructive directions to the service teams, client managers and site team leaders
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformances relating to the product, process and quality system
Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and support to employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the value-added services solutions to existing customers,
Increasing the revenue value contract revenue, through identifying & implementing additional value-added services
Verify the implementation of solutions and provide ongoing support to the client manager and service operative teams
Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure job costing and contract budgeting accuracy. Will also review operational reports to determine the effectiveness of planning, resource scheduling and effective fulfilment of service programs and make necessary changes to improve performance.
